Dunnage

Dunnage is the protective material used to cushion products and packages to protect them in transit and before use. It can be made from a wide variety of different materials for different uses. This includes everything from some of the plastic inserts inside a products own packaging, to the filler you put around them in a shipping box or poly bag, to even the industrial usage of inexpensive material used to protect loads and secure cargo. 

We excel in the manufacture of inserts to be used inside our own STAKA^® box range.

Dunnage can be used in trays and boxes in many production facilities.  This range of boxes was originally designed for vehicle parts storage and release of the parts in kits to the production line for assembly.  If you have an application, let us know how we can assist you.
