Portable Toilets

Transformed Plastix have been involved in the thermoforming of single skin and twin skin portable toilets for over 20 years.

We did the initial design concepts and tooling designs for our clients, these original products are still selling strongly due to their high quality and finish which has outstood the test of time. The walls, doors, and roof panels are constructed from High Molecule Weight Polyethylene using the extra strong twin skin process.

As a contract manufacturer we have continued to add value by improving productivity, CNC trim quality, and investing into production flow.  This has allowed us to contain customer prices for significant periods.

Our Twin Skin machines are unique – only a handful of these units exist in Australia.
