Rail, Bus & Tram (Mass Transit)

Transformed Plastix manufacture polycarbonate covers for use on the roof of rail carriages and trams.  These are utilised to cover electrical components systems.

Transformed Plastix have previously manufactured full interiors for busses, trams, and aeroplane cabins replacement parts, we can also manufacture tunnel and railway light covers.  We form these parts with KYDEX, ABS and other fire rated materials commercially available. We use 5 axis CNC and Robot trimming cells to form parts and locate these upon vacuum jigs before trimming them accurately for consistent quality.
