Project Management

With the vast knowledge held in Transformed Plastix we offer full turnkey project management, bring in your idea and we can arrange everything from CAD development, engineering support, toolmaking, prototyping, final manufacture and assembly, a number of clients also ask us to develop packaging systems, and stock management of their materials for redistribution.

Transformed Plastix have internal CAD-CAM abilities, and as part of any New Project we would identify the team required to offer the best conclusion.

In some cases, the design team may be brought in from outside our company in order to offer the client access to a broader skill.

We have concluded that designers and engineers have specialised areas of understanding and skill, we will often subcontract some of these services as part of a project, this control’s costs as jobs are quoted, and we only need employ a skilled contractor for the work in hand, we have found this to be a far more economical approach for all parties.

We have engineers and designers from many specialised industries that we develop projects on a weekly basis.
